The 2025 Range Rover Velar performs better than the Cadillac XT5 thanks to an incredible engine setup and a wide range of standard equipment. The base-level turbo inline-four engine in the Cadillac XT5 creates 235 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque which can't match up to the 247 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque the Range Rover Velar produces.
There's also a 3.6-liter V6 engine available for the Cadillac, but it once again loses to the incredible 3.0-liter turbo V6 inside the new Land Rover vehicle.
